Grandma Marilyn’s Oatmeal Pancakes
Cakes: 14
1/2 cup milk/buttermilk/creamer or non-dairy creamer or milk
1/2 cup water
3/4 cup quickcooking oatmeal
1 egg
1/2 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Mix all ingredient together. Blend well. Melt a little butter in a hot skillet & pour pancake mixture on skillet (I use a 1/3 cup to pour the pancake.) Watch bubbles on sides. When a bubble doesn’t pop on its own, turn it over.
I use an electric skillet set at 300 degrees F.
TOPPINGS: butter, syrup, peanutbutter, nutella, banana, whipped cream, berries
